Malala Yousufzai, the youngest Nobel Laureate, gets a place at Oxford University. She confirmed the news in a tweet.
Malala, who is living in Birmingham, congratulated all A-level students. She will be studying Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the university.
She confirmed in March that she has received an offer to study these three subjects at a UK university, provided if she gets 3 As in her A-levels.
The 20-year old has championed the campaign for girls’ education and women empowerment around the world. She gained international fame after surviving the deadly attack by Taliban on her way from school in Pakistan.
